The first stage is about getting to know you, or your business and event goals. We will arrange a site visit during this time and get to know you/your product, and your venue.

Once we understand your event goals and budget we will put together a design brief that allows you to clearly visualise our ideas for the event. We will then arrange a meeting to discuss your likes and dislikes and finalise the brief accordingly. We also provide you with a supplier run sheet and invoice management and consultation with all suppliers.

Our team will look after bump-in and bump-out. We ensure that every element of your event is properly executed on the day, as per the brief. All you need to do, is turn up.

Do you provide rentals for furniture and decor?

We outsource furniture and props from our trusted list of vendors, to ensure you have access to a wide selection of high-quality items for your event.

Can you work with my existing vendor team?

Absolutely! We can collaborate with your chosen vendors, including caterers, photographers, and planners, to ensure a cohesive and seamless event experience.

What is the process for working with you?

  1. Initial Consultation: Discuss your vision, style, and event details.
  2. Proposal & Quote: Receive a detailed proposal and cost estimate.
  3. Design & Planning: Work together on design elements, layouts, and logistics.
  4. Execution: Our team will set up and style your event according to the agreed plan.
  5. Post-Event: We handle bump out as needed.

Do you offer day-of coordination?

While our primary focus is on styling and design, we can offer day-of coordination services, or recommend a trusted coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

What happens if my event plans change or get cancelled?

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our Privacy & Terms Policy. Generally, a deposit is non-refundable, but we can work with you to adjust the services or dates as needed.

How do you handle the setup and breakdown of the event?

Our team manage all aspects of setup and breakdown, including arranging decor, furniture placement and ensuring everything is in order. We aim to make the process as stress-free as possible for you.

Can you work with a specific theme or colour scheme?

Yes, we specialise in creating custom designs that align with your theme or colour scheme. Whether you have a specific vision, or need guidance, we’ll work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.

What should I provide for the event?

To ensure a successful event, we’ll need:
  • Details about the venue
  • Number of guests
  • Any specific design preferences or ideas
  • Information about other vendors
  • A timeline of the event day

Do you offer consultation services for DIY events?

Currently, we do not offer a DIY service. However, we can provide you with a detailed mood board/design and a list of recommended vendors for the day. This allows you to manage and style your event on your own while still achieving the desired aesthetics in a cost-effective manner.
